Sorry to necro this, but does Astaroth Origin have the AV system?

I'm not sure the Gross Beil and Bein Nichts even count as Funf variants in the first place. Model number aside, didn't they show up in a G-Gen game before the Dom Funf even officially existed?

Supposedly it's a Zudah upgraded and enhanced with Gyan parts and a new limiter for the Saturn engine, but there seems to be no other (english) info about it. Anyone know what the deal with this thing is and how many were made?

I know several were destroyed during the OYW in general, with at least one breaking up during re-entry tests. And we know that Delaz's Gwazine got trashed after the war. There was also another that participated in the evacuation to Axis.

Currently, this mobile suit's profile states that it can't use beam weapons because of insufficient reactor output, and this is one of the reasons it was dropped. ...But, this makes no sense. It has a reactor output of 1340 kW, which is more than both the Rick Dom, or, for that matter, the GM! What'...

Reborn is designed to be able to use original drives in a TDS configuration, right?

Are GN-Xes (and Aheads, etc) actually invulnerable to projectile weapons, or does their high mobility just allow them to evade such attacks better? Also, did the anti-field in one of the late S2 eps weaken their armor or what?

Does Arche Drei's stealth field affect beam sabers?

If it was an animation error, it wouldn't be in the model kits, games, etc. Besides, it clearly says that the beam saber was stored in it's recharge rack in the Baund Doc's torso. The problem is you can't see it on the lineart, and some sources omit it, son Don't be rude. Nobody likes to be called ...

I've been looking for information on the custom Zaku R2 from the recent Johnny Ridden MSV manga that was released, but I havn't been able to find anything out about it. Does anyone else know anything?

I'd like to suggest that most MS will generally accelerate at between 1.0 and 2.5 Gs to make things easier on the pilot. F-91 era MS may be able to accelerate at 4+ Gs, but I can't imagine that's very comfortable, even with a special suit.

And what does reactor output mean in the context of performance in-book/on screen? Not anything, outside of the OYW. It has no actual effect on on -screen/on-page performance. It's just a fluff stat, much like the meaningless MW rating on some UC weapons and should not be used as a reliable judge of...

Specifically, the beam bazooka is a cut down and modified Musai deck gun. The Pezun Dowadge had an e-cap powered beam bazooka though, IIRC.

All of the new designs are horribly ugly and blatantly obviously made just to sell more models without needing to retool the dies too much.

Well, it's probably pretty easy when your mind is inside a computer. You can just CAD-CAM everything out as much as you need to and run endless simulations.

Standard issue. In the novels, an entire Newtype unit is formed with Char in charge, and in addition to several Elmeths and Braw Bros, everyone in the unit is equipped with a Rick Dom.
