Try simply putting a piece of tape that has a good adhesive on it and lifting it off. If that isn't effective, you will have to hunt for a solvent that will undermine the decal adhesive without doing anything to the plastic. WD40 is the first one that comes to mind. Just use a little on a paper towel and rub gently. WD40 will migrate, so once you remove the decal, clean off the WD40 or any other solvent you use with alcohol. WD40 will clean glue from the surface of most clear plastic boxes with out clouding the clear plastic. Again, clean the box with alcohol or dish detergent before using it. Hoppe's No. 9 gun cleaning solvent is also a solvent that seems benign to most plastics.
