Mobile Fighter G Gundam Sekiha Tenkyou Blu-ray Box

G Gundam has finally gotten its long awaited upgrade to Blu-ray starting this fall. The two volume set will be released in Japan on September 27th and November 25th, respectively. Extras broadcast commercials, new audio commentaries, special booklets, the drama CDs, Gundam Fight Interview, new inner jackets and spiffy boxed art. Also included in the second volume is the clean op/ed collection as well as two items that were included on the VHS release back in 1994 and 1995 called "Gundam Senki Decisive Battle! Gundam Fight" and "Gundam Senki God Gundam's Steady Advance!".

Sadly, American fans shouldn't hold out hope that Rightstuf will release it in America anytime soon as the limited production for this particular product in Japan extends until the end of November in 2017.

No word at this time if it will have subtitles on it, but since the 0083 release did not, chances are it won't.

I kind of wish they could find a way to include the audio drama from the soundtrack CDs. The guys attend a movie version of their own adventures was pretty hilarious, whether it was Rain being the fifth teammate (and Sai being the damsel in distress) or the literal shouting match between Master and the Shuffle Alliance.
Sakuya: "Whatever. Stop lying and give up your schemes, now."
Yukari: (Which lies and schemes are she talking about? It's hard to keep track of them all...)

That's what the drama CDs are for this release. They're from the soundtracks.
