I scanned this from the Dengeki Hobby april 2015 issue can anyone tell me what this.

It's an original story and design series from Hobby Japan called "The Melancholy of Ulthar". The reason there are catgirls is because it's inspired by the Cthulhu Mythos, which featured a town called Ulthar with intelligent cats.

When I Googled it, there were some manga pictures, but I dunno if it'll be only a manga or if they'll do a photonovel as well.

Those are actually action figures rather than model kits, and they're being made by Embrace Japan.

Hopefully it's based on Dream Quest, which feature cats fighting Nyarlathotep's servants and helping the protagonist.

...Because if it's based on The Cats of Ulthar, then it will feature cats feast on old couples as revenge for their cruelty.
