Ah, I see your confusion now, Prophet. You meant he's not always the best at executing his ideas
and not as an executioner of his fictional people.

That's a debatable topic, but I think Tomino himself affirms this, at least with his most recent Gundam series. So at least he knows he's not a genius philosopher. Then again, sometimes I feel using anime as a medium for conveying these kinds of messages isn't the best concept in the world... although some of Tomino's more acclaimed works did manage to do this functionally, so long as the beliefs and ideas were executed by his characters within the narrative. Outside context from Tomino does seem to get more muddled and incoherent, and can strew all over the plot. Definitely not masterwork I'd say.
