Gundam 00 Submission Thread

Post by Chris » Tue Jun 12, 2007 8:17 am

There's not much out there now, but I might as well create this as a placeholder. This is where all Gundam 00 submissions- lineart, specs, info, etc should go.

Nifty! According to the captions and profile text shown here, the Gundam Exia is a general-purpose type armed with seven different blade weapons, the Gundam Dynames is armed with a GN Sniper Rifle and whatever other guns the mission requires, the Gundam Kyrios transforms into a flight form and carries mission-specific weapons containers, and the Gundam Virtue is armed with a GN Bazooka and GN Cannon and protected by a GN Field barrier. The chest of each Gundam, of course, houses a GN Drive.

One additional note: The weights given for the Gundams are base weight, not full weight as in the Gundam Seed specs.

I know that it was base, but I use 'unit' to mean base, since that's basically it without armaments, but that's just the way I see it.

Cleaned up Exia lineart which was posted somewhere else on the forum (can't remember :?)

Still working on the other 3 suits, but they take a lot more time than expected, but I'll have them ready later this day.

Just wait a few days for a clear scan instead of doing all that work. You know it's coming.

OFFICIAL TECHNICAL NOTES

Gundam Exia
One set of Gundams under the operation of Celestial Being. GN Particles are generated from the GN Drive on the center of the unit and therefore it allows for near infinite energy and astounding mobility. The GN particles eminated into the air cause radio wave interference and disrupt ordinary radar and communications. Possessing beam weapons, compared to currently-in-use mobile suits, it introduces a great deal of high technology.

Gundam Dynames
One set of Gundams under the operation of Celestial Being. Has many guns suitable for missions and a GN Sniper Rifle as standard equipment. When it carries out precision shooting, the head transforms into Sniper Mode with a concealed camera eye appearing. During that time, a rifle-style controller is used.

Gundam Kyrios
One set of Gundams under the operation of Celestial Being. Variable unit that can transform into a flight form. In its flight form, it has a rear arms container and can deal with every mission with versatility. While it excels at hit-and-run attacks in its flight form, even in its MS form it has offensive capabilities to match other Gundams.

Gundam Virtue
One set of Gundams under the operation of Celestial Being. Heavily armed type and has powerful weapons such as the GN Bazooka and GN Cannon. It expands the GN Field, covering itself with a barrier and has considerably high defense.

 There isn't an official US Gundam 00 website. It's quite clearly mentioned on the site that it's unofficial. The information nonetheless is correct.

Well, that's certainly...different.
Heh, MSJ-06II-A. That designation seems to ring a faint bell to me...Could it be, oh yeah, MS-06J Zaku II?
Having said that, I love the A-Tiernan to death. It is frreakin' sweet. I like the Union Flag too, but the Enact is just...weird. Reminds me of Silver or Gold from Gin-Iro no Olynssis.
Regardless, these are certainly some of the most creative grunts since the likes of V Gundam.

We have an entire thread for you to talk all you want about it, Keep that sort of thing out of a submission thread if at all possible.
