A) No it's not. The proportions are different, and the fanart pic is more heavily panel-lined than the official lineart.

B) So what? MAHQ doesn't use fanart, and there's already official lineart of the Raigo Gundam anyway.

Not really a submission, but a question about Gundam Astray Blue Frame Second G. In its profile, its so called 'Full Armor' mode is shown. But recent PG Astray Red manual refers it as Blue Frame Fourth. What really happens?

The Blue Frame "Second G Full Armor" was retconned as "Blue Frame Fourth" after the introduction of "Blue Frame Third" in FRAME Astrays.

As I'm sure everyone knows, by now, there's new lineart for VS Astray:

and

The Hail Buster Gundam

There's some new VS Astray MS, what I'm presuming is a new type of Duel Gundam and a jerry-rigged-looking version of the Providence Gundam. (http://superrobotwar.files.wordpress.co ... stray1.jpg).

Also, the Gale Strike's model number is LG-GAT-X105, and the Hail Buster's is LH-GAT-X103.

So, I'm pretty sure that new Duel is named "Regen Duel" - not "regen" as in Regenerate Gundam, which is spelled differently in katakana, but the German word for rain.

For the new Providence's name, I think that in light of this "Nichts" might be a likely name, though "Nyx" seems equally reasonable.

Uhh since I don't really know quite where it goes. The Mecha entries for the Kusinagi and Izumo ships has an error on the site. It says there there are 2 positron blaster cannons on the ships, but in episode 49 of the show it shows a bank on the side of the ship (back near the engine) opening with 2 of the cannons, then they fire, and it shows a clip of the beams flying and theres 4 beams. And if the ship was built symmetrically which it probably was, that would mean theres 4 cannons, not 2.

Those two cylindrical things on the left leg being grenades is total guesswork on my part. If the Japanese text that I can't read says otherwise, let me know. Also, I'm assuming this is a Blue Frame 2nd variation (hence the filenames) because Blue Frame 3rd has completely different legs and arms. And a different head for that matter.
Sorry to digged the post up. I just found that it's from Frame Astray and call MWF-JG73 Civilian Astray 0 Custom. Basically, it's Civilian Astray JG mod to be as close as Blue Frame and add stuff.

I'm still wating to see CGUE Assault on the site...

Please stop bringing this thing up. It doesn't matter how long the lineart has been sitting there. I don't have the time right now for any of this work. It'll get done when it gets done.

New VS Astray MS:

Gundam Astray Mirage Frame (http://superrobotwar.files.wordpress.co ... 0_svs2.jpg)

Also, "Gundam Astray Blue Frame Second Revise" (http://superrobotwar.files.wordpress.co ... _mgbf1.jpg)

For future notation, the model for the Regen Duel Gundam show it equipped with a (presumably) beam rifle and a bazooka-looking weapon, while the Hail Buster Gundam's model gives a good look at its 3-barrel gattling-style gun-equipped missile launcher covers. That's the original Duel Gundam bazooka (as more notably used by Gold Frame) attached to the left side of Regen Duel's backpack by a jointed rod that looks extremely similar to the one that attaches Launcher Strike's launcher. The line art for Regen Duel shows that it has two rifles; one is the original Duel Gundam beam rifle, mounted in some kind of holder thingy on the left skirt armor. The one used in that picture, which is mounted on the right skirt armor's holder thingy in the line art, I can't identify; It's all squared-off, and the barrel doesn't taper. I think it might be based on the railgun on the original Duel's Assault Shroud, but that connection is very tenuous based on the limited visuals available so far.

EDIT: Also, the new photos showing the decals on Nix Providence confirm that it is indeed spelled "Nix". ( http://img245.imageshack.us/img245/9828 ... 0vsas4.jpg ) So much for my alternate theory of the crime.

It's the rail gun. Compare the original with the one attached to the right hip in this picture. They are identical.

Does anyone know whether this is official or not? It's the MBF-P01-Re2 Gundam Astray Gold Frame Amatsu "Perfect Form". Scans are from Dengeki Hobby.

At the moment it's a PG model kit instructions variation. Vs. Astray is promoting the original Gold Frame at the moment, so who knows if we'll see it there.

Model number is MBF-01, not the old Amatu one, by the way.

Hmm...I realize that Nix Providence and Regen Duel on the site is more clean-up friendly than one in this thread. Anyone has original scan?
