Re: Gundam: Outlaw's Advance Discussion Thread

So... uhm... I assume it takes more than two days to get to Lancaster from Vegas.

Then why isn't there a Tallgeese among the defending force?

Re: Gundam: Outlaw's Advance Discussion Thread

that is because ep1 for the empire has yet to be concluded for some reason, my understanding based on what was explained to me is if your empire character is at lancaster by the time the hitmen thread is ended (which by now i assume yours would be considering my empire character is there and he left vegas after yours) then you have the choice of a) being part of the R&D group at barstow in which you rush back and be the cavalry when the base alarm is sounded or b) being part of the first line of defence alongside the 4 leos, send SNT1 a PM about it and he'll try to explain as best he can

Re: Gundam: Outlaw's Advance Discussion Thread

Nah. Vegas to Lancaster is like, 3 hours by drive in RL (so maybe even a shorter time if we use running mobile suits, and even shorter if your MS can fly).

The opposing and defending forces I typed in there is just the number of battle-ready forces at the moment. Once Kate and Sammy get into their units, and also the empire units come to the rescue to defend, I will put in more.

Okay... Right.

So, SNT, are you going to approve my character to save Sharaf? I can edit him, if need be.

Look, when you try to make a deal with thugs and killers you may get shot at if they think they're getting screwed. We're the last members of a band of violent criminals after all, and the west is wild. 8)

-_-; This is why I tend to write characters of neutral intentions.

What makes a man turn neutral? Lust for gold? Power? Or were you just born with a heart full of neutrality?

Re: Gundam: Outlaw's Advance Discussion Thread

Survival, maybe?

I'm an extremely neutral person. If there's a conflict, I'm the guy on the sidelines not caring.

As for Eric, he's only sided with the Firebrand because it's a faster way to get a roof over his head than becoming Empire sanctioned. He's possibly the most conflicted member of the revolution if only in motivation. If he dies during this, he'll regret it for sure.

As for Cel... She's not developed yet.

My incoming character, Raz, is mainly a side character for the Imperial mercenaries.

...Maybe I'm getting in over my head?

If Eric died, would his last word be "Tell my wife I said hi?"

Re: Gundam: Outlaw's Advance Discussion Thread

Ah yeah I didn't see that character... You didn't have to make a character just to deal with Sharaf's situation, but if you want that character can be in as Sharaf's merc in Ep. 3.

Re: Gundam: Outlaw's Advance Discussion Thread

I've had that character in my drafts since day 1. I've just needed an excuse to post him.

But yeah, that sound good. Just have Sharaf look him up. He's in the Empire's files (or whatever they have to store information).

Ok that's no problem, he'll be approved.

Also, easter egg. Find it. (easy)
