Though, they Gelgoog likely outruns the Gouf, but I never saw one on Earth in the OYW, just in ZZ Gundam. As for the Efreet, also probably faster, but, that's an assumption. And it's still semi-canon last time I checked. So it boils down to Zaku I, II and Gouf for conventional walking ground mobile suits for Zeon. As for hovering, I am guessing the Dowadge would be the fastest of the OYW Zeon ground use machines.
Bogus, as the Asshimar can go Mach 4. So I doubt the more advanced, and re-entry capable Zeta would be slower than that. I heard Mach 27 (for space) somewhere, though I have no idea who or how they came up with that number.
