Without going back and rereading the sentence (about to board a plane), I think it means a mobile suit line that came had its roots in the Calamity War and had continuous developement since, as opposed to one that was revived recently.

And/or it could just be that the descriptions stops at the start of the show, as some of these profiles tend to do. I assume that 4-5 generations doesn't include the new Reginlaze for example.

Here’s info for Geirail and Teiwaz made MS frames.

Geirail Frame
M.Works: A frame independently developed by Gjallarhorn based on the Valkyria Frame’s data. Although an older generation frame, its Ahab reactor output is stable and movement is fine. Graze Frame was developed as an improvement of the Geirail Frame. There are common points between Geirail and Graze Frames.

Doc 2: Geirail Frame serves as the base for Graze Frame. It is a downsized, mass production version of the Valkyria Frame which has high performance but hard to mass produce.

M&W 2: Although there are many commonalities between the Geirail Frame and Graze Frame, such as basic control system and structure, there are also differences in the arms, legs and other minor areas. This is due to maturation and optimization of the design as time passed.

Geirail
M.Works: Rifle’s caliber is 110mm. The Shield Axe’s two forms are known as Axe mode and Shield mode. The Back Hover Unit realized high mobility while on the ground, and is developed to overcome the drop in mobile suit’s usability/operability when operating under Earth’s 1G environment.

Doc 2: Often used by mercenaries due to their familiarity with the machine. The multipurpose shield axe is easy to handle and portable, and a handy weapon for mercenaries who have difficulties carrying a huge amount of weaponry.

M&W 2: Basic structure of the Geirail’s control system is close to that of the Graze’s. Galan’s Geirail is retrofitted with a Graze cockpit. Post Calamity War, Gjallarhorn started development of new mobile suit, but this machine is not for anti-MA combat, instead it is to serve as a deterrent for the new era. Geirail can trace its roots to the Valkyria Frame and has undergone continuous improvements. The Graze can be seen as a completed/perfected from of the Geirail. Besides having many commonalities, including basic control system and structure, the Geirail and Graze also shares the same concept, with the latter inheriting the former’s high versatility and weapons augmentability. More than half the Geirails were retired when the Graze was deployed, with some finding its way onto the underground market, and usage by organizations other than Gjallarhorn is not uncommon. The back hover unit ensures mobility under gravity, and the unit itself has limited movability. Graze has similar equipment, but it is miniaturized and from this, it can also be seen that the Geirail is an older model. Geirail has rectangular head sensor as compared to the spherical ones on the Graze. The shield axe is easy to handle due to its small size. The 110mm rifle is an old weapon.

Geirail Scharfrichter
M.Works: It can adapt to various combat situations using its abundance of weaponry. With the deployment of the Graze, the suit retreated from the front lines, and is used by mercenaries, etc. The pickel is a MS use tool not originally meant for battling, but its short size is suitable for extreme close combat. The land mace is also originally not for combat, it is a large MS use tool for large-scale construction work. By utilizing the benefits of its long handle, the land mace can be destructive when swung. Claw Shield is a large shield with a variety of functions. It not only serves as defensive equipment, but also has space internally for storing various equipment (eg. rifle’s drum magazine, hand grenades) according to needs. It also has melee used claws.

Doc 2: Its abundance of weapons variation allows it to respond easily to changing battle situation and in a melee. Thus, it is a handy machine for mercenaries. The back hover unit compensates for the suit’s low mobility. The claw shield’s claws are for super close combat. Due to the machine’s low mobility, it is easily targeted in a melee, and the claw shield’s claws plays an important role in allowing the suit to defend itself and launch a counter attack.

M&W 2: Generally uses the same weapons as Geirail. As mobile suit use weapons are still not established when the suit is introduced, it is not uncommon to see it use colony construction tools and the likes as weapons. Furthermore, as the distribution of MS and its weapons are restricted in the earth sphere, it is not surprising to see whatever is available on hand being used as weapons. The Geirail Scharfrichter’s head is covered in armor. The land mace is taller than a MS.

Teiwaz Frame
M.Works: Developed by Teiwaz to counter the threat posed by pirates on its trade routes. (I think this is also noted in earlier books)

Hyakuren
M.Works: The suit’s high output, heavy armored design is aimed at creating a sturdy machine that can withstand collisions in the debris belt. Revolving grenade launcher has a foldable sub-grip below the barrel, and its rear cover opens during firing to vent out gases.

Triaina
M.Works: The Maniago Knives are the suit’s main weapon, and focuses more on assassination use than single strike power.

Hyakuri
M.Works: Hyakuri’s cruising form is for long-range travel, and the suit’s original task of patrolling is also primarily conducted in this form. The suit’s arms are concealed in cruising form to protect them from being damaged during collision with debris, etc.

M&W 2: Noted in the Shiden’s pages that Hyakuren and Hyakuri are prototypes that are deployed in live combat, and displayed potential equal to or greater than the Graze.

Hekija
M.Works: The high output thrusters in the shoulders and the leg thrusters are inherited from Hyakuri. When the thrusters are deployed in Assault Form, the suit has overwhelming acceleration.

Doc 2: A new MS developed after adjustments were made to the Teiwaz Frame, it is easy to operate despite its improved output. Tobiguchi blade has a short reach but is easy to wield, and does not affect the suit’s controllability even if held in both hands. The blade’s curved tip can be used like a hook.

M&W 2: It is a new generation machine that gives off the feel of a step up to a new stage in the Teiwaz’s MS development process. As the suit is undergoing trial operations, its frame is still unnamed. Since the suit’s frame is different from the other Teiwaz made MS, the mechanism of its various parts are also different. Layout of the cockpit monitors is the same as other Teiwaz MS, but the control sticks and surroundings of the console, etc are changed and refined to match the suit. Normally, the suit operates like the Hyakuren, but when special features like the Assault form is activated, its body can transform into a similar form as the Hyakuri. The Assault form is for high mobility combat and all the suit’s thrusters are fully utilized. It is also suitable for hit and run tactics, and its thrust can change direction freely to meet inflight conditions. The test machines used by Lafter and Azee collected live combat data, and have a high level of completion.

Unlike the Shiden that is developed simply for mass production, the Hekija is developed with the intention of being a MS with ideal performance, while improving Teiwaz’s technology and looks ahead into the organization’s future. Although the development of a high performance MS may seem excessive for the organization, one of the biggest motivations behind it is to serve as a counter to the Human Debris in the Outer Sphere where Teiwaz is based. After the McGillis Incident, Teiwaz serves as a strong backer for the Martian Union and Kudelia, It is possible that Teiwaz may take over the security duties of the Outer Sphere currently carried out by Gjallarhorn’s mars branch. This would make high performance MS, like the Hekija, indispensable in the fight against space pirates and raiders.

110mm Bayonet rifle has a short barrel. The Tobiguchi blade’s hook tip can be removed if not needed, and during unexpected situations, such as when the tip got stuck in enemy MS, it can be shattered into pieces via inbuilt explosives.

2nd C: Both the bayonet rifle and the tobiguchi blade are undergoing test operations. Like the Shiden’s, Hekija’s frame is purely made by Teiwaz, and is strongly influenced by the Hyakuren’s and Hyakuri’s Teiwaz Frame.

Io Frame
M.Works: After achieving some results in the development of Hyakuri and Hykuren, Teiwaz progressed to the next phase of mass-producing mobile suits. In consideration of selling it as a product to other factions in the future, Teiwaz Frame was reconstructed to be more suited for mass production and Io Frame was born. Its structure follows that of the Teiwaz Frame and there is no change in appearance (image of Io Frame is the same as Teiwaz Frame), but minor parts such as the drive components are adjusted for mass productions.

Doc 2: A newly designed frame made by Teiwaz that succeeds the Teiwaz Frame. Unlike the Teiwaz Frame, this frame is developed for mass production.

Shiden
M.Works: It is developed for group combat rather than individual combat. Despite being newer than Hyakuren and Hyakuri, the Shiden’s performance is inferior to the Graze. The inside of its cockpit uses the same package as Hyakuren and Hyakuri. The riot shield is mainly for group battles and displays its true value in base assault/protection and convoy mission. The blue Shidens are in Teiwaz colors.

Both M.Works and 2nd C spelt Rides’s Shiden Custom’s name as ‘Raiden-Go’.

Doc 2: Shiden’s design focused on a balance of close combat, ranged combat and mobility, as it is a mass produced machine that is operated by pilots with varied level of skills and proficiency. It also has a high level of versatility due to its variety of weaponry. The suit’s basic style is to cover half its body with the riot shield and intercepts using its rifle. The Partizan can be used for stabbing and assaulting opponents; its stock can be extended or retracted to meet the needs of different battle situation.

M&W 2: An extremely standard design, it is more suited for group operation as seen by the riot shield equipment, which is best used by multiple MS in stronghold suppression battle and convoy protection of the mother ship. Reflecting the desires of its pilots, Shiden has high versatility and an abundance of equipment to adapt to varied uses. Has the standard cockpit used by Teiwaz’s MS. For Teiwaz, the use of Shidens by Tekkadan not only serves to advertise the suit’s performance, but also provided live combat data feedback. Shiden’s ability to adapt to a large variety of requests, and its ease of maintenance, are great advantages in the sale of the machine to other organizations. Bladed Bat listed as a weapon. Partizan can be stored on the rear skirt or backpack, and the edges around the weapon’s tips are as thin as a blade. The riot shield is uncommon equipment amongst other MS. Gauntlet is also known as short shield.

Orga’s Shiden
M.Works: A gift from Teiwaz. McMurdo seems to have included 1 machine as an option to thank Tekkadan for purchasing a large amount of Shiden.

M&W2, Doc 2: The suit has no AV system.

2nd C: Listed as ‘STH-16/tc2 Orga’s Shiden’. The P-Bandai kit has the name ‘Orga’s Io Frame Shiden Custom’.

This makes it sound like Geirail was the first generation machines that's widely deployed and that Graze was the latest one out of the 4-5 machine lineup of the last 300 years.

That would mean the other two or three machine generations are likely Geirail variants used for around 50 years each before the Graze was introduced.

Alternatively, the only way there it wouldnt be be the case was that if some post-Valkyria/pre-Geirail ones were used and counted in the 4-5 machine count but not as widely produced as the Geirail. In that case, Geirail would be third at the earliest and the Graze would be fourth the earliest.

So nothing special about Orga's Shiden after all... after the battles against Dawn Horizon pirate's AV equipped machines you'd think Tekkadan would've salvaged some of those units' AV systems and put them in their Shidens to get better efficiency...

I think you have mixed up Dawn Horizon with Jasley's JPT Trust or Brewers, as nobody in Dawn Horizon uses AV system.

Errr... Dawn Horizon had Human Debris as well. Which most likely means that their mobile suits had AV Systems as well.

It could also be possible that they just didn't salvage any working ones from those units that had AV. As we know E08's recent post, you can scrap the entire AV System on the mobile suit side just by destroying the cockpit. Add in that most of the Dawn Horizon didn't have corp likely didn't have them and the chances of not recovering them is possible.

Another possibility is that Io Frame for whatever reason just isn't compatable with AV. Tekkadan should have a few extra AV from some of the Rodis they have yet they didn't really spare any for any of the Shiden's, including Orga. He also usually does use them in his mobile worker too when commanding.

But Shino's Custom Unit and later the Riden-Go had the AV System. It should still have the Io Frame right? Since its a Shiden.

In that case, it's the first possibility then. That they didn't have any other on hand aside from those and never found any working ones from Dawn Horizon. Could just be that Tekkadan were lucky with Brewers' haul.

That the AV System has been described as technically illegal might also mean supply is limited and hard to come by even if Gjallahorn can't stop it's existence completely (Ahab Reactors and mobile suits aren't technically illegal to own as far as we know). This is especially if the system is so technically hard to make. Gjallahorn certainly tried to erase it initially and wouldn't surprise me if they tried to regulate it as much as possible - even if they can't practically do it out there due to open nature of the Outer Sphere.

Considering the amount of trouble Tekkadan, McGillis' Bael's key, Graze Ein going m berserk caused them, it wouldn't surprise me if they worked a lot harder to enforce the ban after the end of the show just as part reform to double down on peace as well to cut down on abused young soldiers. It certainly was a thorn on their side except for Gaelio's Type E.

True they would've had a hard time getting those AV systems in newer units. But wasn't the Flauros later equipped with a AV system via Teiwaz? Cause Shino's Shiden that was passed to Ride kept his previous Graze Ryusei Go's AV system from S1.

And they would've used some of the mobile worker AV systems too albeit extensive remodeling via Teiwaz because they still had some in S2, but that might've been too expensive/too time consuming to do.

Considering that Tekkadan had a few AV System cockpits in their overall armament, wouldn't surprise me if they just took one from a grunt unit and had Teiwaz put it in Flauros.

Mobile worker AV Systems though, should be compatable with Gundam Frames, as we saw with Barbatos in the second episode. Barbatos was missing its cockpit and AV System, so they took one from a mobile worker they had. It was also an emergency situation so it probabaly required little adjustment aside from installation considering how successful they were.

==============

Hmmm now that I think about it, they had a few mobile workers with AV in Season 1 but didn't install them to the Graze Custom until later when it became the Ryusei-Go. Even then it was mentioned that they took it from a Man Rodi that they got from Brewers.

Initially they weren't planning to use the Graze Custom and wanted to just sell it, so it not having it at the start makes sense. Yet the installation on Barbatos was quick and relatively non-complex considering the circumstances they were in. So why the delay?

I can't help but feel that we're missing something here. Could be that installaing AV requires more than just a cockpit (some mechanism installation in the frame perhaps?) and that Barbatos happened to still have that other something despite its cockpit being destroyed long ago to protect the AV System.

Or it could just be that installing AV on a Graze Frame is just a lot harder and time consuming than a Gundam Frame, especially since the latter was designed from the ground up to use the AV System in its design specs during the war.

I'm guessing that it takes a few modifications from Teiwaz to put in a AV system or atleast stabilize it. Tekkadan only does simple repairs and resupply but they have to go to Teiwaz for extensive work for major repairs/upgrades. That field upgrade they did with the MW AV system for the Barbatos had its drawbacks and I'm guessing that Mika's 3 implants made up for the flaws in the MW AV system hooked up in the Barbatos. Teiwaz had to do a overhaul on it to stabilize it and make but more functional.

But it might be that the mass production units like the Graze and maybe the Teiwaz units would not be as effective with the AV system as they were not made with the system in mind unlike the Gundams and Man-Rodis that were around in the Calamity War were the AV system was used across I'm guessing in not just the Gundams but other mass production suits.

It could also be the Graze's software that might not be as compatible with the AV system compared to other and older units, given that Gjarrhorn prohibits anything related to the AV system, but that outside of Earth its a wild west in that anything goes in Mars/Jupiter space region.

For the second last set of info, here's Rodi and Hexa Frame.

Rodi Frame
M.Works: Widely used amongst the civilians, with customized Rodi Frame machines being use by mercenaries and space pirates for combat. Some of these machines are illegally fitted with the AV System.

M&W 2: Has high payload and heavy armor. Despite having no outstanding performance, it has excellent versatility and augmentability. Often uniquely customized by various factions. Used parts and customization parts are widely circulated. Due to its robustness, a multitude of weapons can be used with the Rodi Frame without affecting its versatility.

Man Rodi
M.Works: A mass production machine that could utilize many weapons, it is heavily armored and highly versatile. Boasts high attack power due to its many weapons, high survivability thanks to heavy armor, and have flawless specifications. The suit’s propulsion direction can be altered via the movement of the rear skirt. With the use of the AV system in addition to the nozzles on the leg, rear skirt and back, the suit has high mobility despite its looks. The interior of the suit’s cockpit is common among Rodi Frame machine. Starting from the Brewers, it is used by many organizations. Aside from the normal exploding grenades, there are also other variations like smoke grenade; as a throwing weapon their landing point can be adjusted, so can their blast timing via shooting. Hammer Chopper’s thruster can enhance its slashing power, and provide thrust when the weapon is thrown; the weapon has more varied uses than it looks. The 90mm submachine gun is simple with no special functions. Can be fired single handedly or held with both hands; during precision firing, the stock is extended.

Landman Rodi
M.Works: Largest change to the suit is with the legs, which have a new shape suitable for ground use and the leg thruster’s placement is also changed.

M&W 2: The leg frame is changed to one suitable for ground combat, unlike the Man Rodi’s that prioritized landing gear functions. Has the same forearm-mounted wire hook as the Man Rodi, can be used as an anchor or to capture the enemy. Claws can be deployed from the tip of the wire hook. The 90mm submachine gun has excellent rate of fire and handling.

Hakuri Rodi
M.Works: A modified version of the damaged Man Rodi abandoned in the vicinity of Mars. The damaged cockpit block, head and back were changed.

Labrys
M.Works: Used by Gianmarco Salerno’s team. Has enhanced sensors in its head, making intercommunication possible. As a VIP protection machine, its armor is thicker than those on Man Rodi.

Spinner Rodi
M.Works: To adapt to uses both in space and within colonies, it is equipped with a back pod, a rifle with under barrel grenade, and thruster equipped boost hammer. Besides battling, it is also used for working on colony’s outer wall and civil engineering works. The cannister-like object at the bottom of its rifle is a large, drum-type magazine. Leg-mounted anchor pod is also known as needle pod.

2nd C: In Amida’s and Naze’s recollection of their past, besides Amida’s commander type Spinner Rodi, khaki colored Spinner Rodis were also present defending Naze’s ships.

Garm Rodi
M.Works: The head camera has armored visor. Commander version has shields on both shoulders. The boost hammer’s handle can unfold, and with the change in its weight balance, the fighting method also changes. In compact form, the boost hammer serves as both a defensive and offensive weapon, and can be used for repeated strikes when held by both hands. Single handed use of the boost hammer when its handle is unfolded is for forceful strikes.

M&W 2: Garm Rodi is one of the many machines created through customization of the Rodi Frame. As the Dawn Horizon Corps operates in a wide variety of areas, it has to use versatile machines that could adapt to various combat situations and not extremely specialized ones. The commander use version has blade antenna on its head and two shields on its shoulders, and its weapons is no different from the normal version, and can select from a wide variety based on pilot’s preferences and combat situations. Rear skirt armor’s weapons rack can mount boost hammer, rifle, buster sword or other primary weapon. Its rifle is small and easy to handle. The long rifle has a caliber of 300mm (previously japanese wiki listed it as 190mm but no source cited) and its sub grip can swing. The boost hammer is usually held with two hands, with the handle folded. Questions if the boost hammer is originally for work use. The buster sword can be held using both the primary and secondary grip (behind the blade). Like the Garm Rodi, Spinner Rodi is also a versatile machine.

2nd C: Including the commander type Garm Rodi, Dawn Horizon Corps’ MS teams typically consisted of 6 machines.

Hexa Frame
M.Works: Opposite of the Rodi Frame that has heavy armor and high toughness, it sacrifices defensive capabilities for high mobility. Thus, by the end of the Calamity War, only a small percentage of the total production number remains. Civilian security companies and space pirates used some of the surviving units. Many pilots prefer machines with excellent mobility.

Doc 2: A versatile frame. As it is the second most produced machine after the Rodi Frame machines, there are also many surviving units.

M&W 2: A lightened frame, realizing excellent mobility. On the flip side, it is less bullet resistant than other MS frame. To compensate, MS using this frame primarily operate in groups, and in support functions in the mid-close range. As many machines using this frame were shot down during the Calamity War, there are less surviving units than the Rodi Frame. Has many variations with changes and augmentations to the frame’s range of motion. Many Hexa Frame MS have their cockpit in the head area due to the way the reactor is positioned, this also improves survivability.

Hugo
M.Works: Many are operating in the vicinity of Mars. The anchor shot claws are for capture and neutralization, and together with the leg claws, the suit excels at many to one close combat. Although the anchor shot claws can be used to capture the enemy’s limbs and restrict its movements, the Hexa Frame’s lightweight design maybe used against it, allowing the captured enemy to sway the suit away. The Scimitar is a weapon with large mass that is used to chop the enemy. The elder of the Dawn Horizon’s twins used the pink machine, while the younger one used the green machine.

M&W 2: Space combat unit, a characteristic feature is its reverse-jointed legs, which has auxiliary motor placed at the back of the knee. This increases the movement torque of the leg claws. Amongst the surviving (Hexa Frame?) machines, the Hugo has strong support from pilots that prefer mobility. Have four head missile launchers, two on each side of the head. Scimitars can be used for hacking/chopping, as well as to parry and entangle enemy’s weapons. As the feet have extremely little contact surface with the ground, it is unsuitable for walking under gravity.

2nd C: Head-mounted missiles are listed here as Head Napalm. Rifle’s caliber wrongly (?) listed as 100mm (M.Works and M&W 2 listed it as 110mm).

Gilda
M.Works: Uses Hexa Frame with normal leg joints. There are design differences in the chest and head of the SAU type and the standard configuration (used by Oceanian Colony). SAU type is armed with rifle, shield with pile claws, and a sword club. Oceanian Colony’s unit is not for battling, but for maintaining security. It is equipped with wire gun to capture enemy, and crow bar (extendable handle) to disarm the opponent. Cockpit located in the back grey section, with the cockpit hatch at the center top. The hatch (with the seat) slides out backwards when opening.

Doc 2: Easy to operate.

M&W 2: Profile split into Glida SAU and Glida

Glida SAU - Gilda is a Calamity War era machine used by SAU and the Oceanian Federation, it is sourced independently and not from Gjallarhorn. As there are only few surviving Hexa Frame machines, it is unsuitable for deployment on a military scale. Thus, they are deployed alongside other machines. However, the fact that the Gilda is being mobilized indicated that the economic blocs are still exploring how to expand their military forces. Unlike Hugo, Gilda has standard leg joints, which has high versatility and suitable for ground use. As with all Hexa Frame, Gilda’s cockpit is located in the head region, however there are differences in minor areas like how the hatch opens and the way the seat moves when the cockpit opens. The pile-equipped shield is small and easy to handle, a tool for work use? The rifle is basically a large handgun, can be mounted on the rear skirt armor. The sword club has a shape that is a combination of a sword and club; it is unknown what the slit at the top of the weapon is for.

Glida – Oceanian Federation’s Glida is listed as the standard type. After the Dort Colony incident, there is an increase in independence movements in other colonies, leading to more riots where colony use worker MS were used for violent purposes. Gilda was originally a colony use worker MS and was equipped with work tools like crowbar and wire gun. During the riots, Gilda’s work tools are used as weapons due to urgency. However, they are no match for true MS weapons. In terms of equipment, the SAU’s Gilda is more blessed. Although a worker MS, its origin can be traced to combat use MS, thus if given the right equipment, it has the potential to be used for combat. However, there is still a need to recruit training personnel. The crowbar can be mounted on the backpack, and the rear portion of its handle can be extended. The wire gun is a gun that fires a wired anchor; the anchor’s tip contains three thrusters and a nail.

Last set of info is about mobile workers and ships.

Gjallarhorn Mobile Worker
M.Works: Also used for maintaining security in the streets. Besides the primary underside hatch, there is also a hatch at the top of the lower carriage, but it is only for escape use as the turret needs to be rotated. If the MW’s legs are destroyed, the core block can be ejected and move via its own set of wheels.

Union Mobile Worker
M&W 2: Arbrau defense force uses Union MW-type mobile worker.

TK-53 CGS Mobile Worker
M.Works: Also known as Tekkadan Mobile Worker, the machine guns and missile pods are mounted on hardpoints.

TK-53 Tekkadan New Mobile Worker
M.Works: Also known as Tekkadan Mobile Worker (New Type), its main body is the same as the original CGS/Tekkadan MW.

TK-56 Tekkadan Mobile Worker
M&W 2: Armaments are chaingun, 60mm machine guns and 110mm rocket pods. Although the Tekkadan bought many MS from Teiwaz, it still needs mobile workers for use in the streets, etc. So new mobile workers that are larger, has higher performance and better firepower than Tekkadan’s previous machines were acquired to expand the team. Its front armor is sloped to protect against projectiles. The 60mm machine gun’s magazine holds 12 rounds.

HD Mobile Worker
M.Works: Armaments are 7.62x51 machine gun, 115mm Cannon, 60mm Rocket Launchers. Like the Gjallarhorn MW, it is equipped with weapon binders (presumably the pods on the side of Gjallarhorn and HD MW). Three rocket launchers are located on each weapon binders.

M&W 2: A mobile worker that focused on power and firepower. The cockpit block is in the lower carriage and has anti-personnel gun (the 7.62x51mm machine gun) and binders on the sides.

SAU MW
M&W2: Has 60mm rocket launcher (error? not listed in other sources), 200mm Cannon, and multi-use launchers. Focused on urban warfare and base assault. 8 multi-use launchers mounted on the sides of the turret, fires signal flare, smoke grenade, etc. Cockpit located at the front of the lower carriage.

Rough length of some ships (M&W 2)
Biscoe Class Cruiser & Shuttle - about 50m
Isaribi – about 300m
Armored Assault Ship = Multipurpose Battleship – about 340m
Hammerhead – about 380m
Halfbeak Class Battleship – about 400m
Skipjack Class Battleship – about 800m

Isaribi
M.Works: Has 8 missile launchers, 4 on each side.

Hotarubi
M&W 2: Consist of an armored assault ship as the core, with a container on each side. Have guns for self defense, but focused more on transport capabilities than combat power. The hatches at the side of the two containers are the MS launch ports, and simultaneous MS launch is possible. Compared to other ships, this ship’s launch capability is astonishing. Does not have catapults for launching MS, instead MS is launched via cranes that provide slight acceleration. MS are stored in box shaped containers on the side of the MS hangar. These box containers have sufficient space for maintenance and other works.

Biscoe Class
M.Works: A small ship used by Gjallarhorn. It can carry mobile suits for atmospheric re-entry and to escape the atmosphere.

Halfbeak Class
M.Works: Main space battleship used by Gjallarhorn, coloring differs based on the fleet. Some of the families connected to Seven Stars have the ship in their own unique colors. The 2 panels at the back of the bridge are sensors, and are used only when not in battle. These panels retract into the bridge during battle, while the bridge retracts into the main body.

Skipjack Class
M.Works: Largest class of space battleship in the Arianrhod Fleet. Its large size is a symbol of Gjallarhorn’s authority. Bridge retracts during battle.

M&W 2: Twice as long as the Halfbeak Class, it is optimized for space use. The ship may look fragile based on the numbers of main cannons and anti-air guns, but it actually has countless missile launchers in its bow and main body. MS launched from 6 hexagonal hatches, 3 on each sides. Although each hatches’ catapult does not seem long, its capabilities are not much different from the one on the Halfbeak Class. A part of the catapult is exposed, and each catapult can launch MS at a quick rate/cycle. Each catapult is linked to a MS hangar via an air lock, and the hangar contains 2 sets of 5 MS cages, for a total of 10 MS per hangar (so overall, the ship can carry 60 MS). The bridge is separated into the small main bridge at the top, and a larger sub bridge directly below it. Have a large anchor on each side, they are effective in anti-ship combat.

Dawn Horizon Corps Battleship
M.Works: Sandoval Reuter’s ship, it is based on the Armored Assault Ship like the Hammerhead and Isaribi. Its main feature is the presence of the flight deck on the nose of the ship, allowing it to operate like an aircraft carrier. The other ships in the group are simply known as multipurpose battleships.

M&W 2: From the shape of the hull’s back, it seems to be based on the Armored Assault Ship, but the bow is different due to the operational usage of the space pirates. Unlike other ships of the same era that launch MS from the sides or the bottom, the Battleship launches MS from the top of its bow. This design might be due to an emphasis on the core capabilities (?) of space pirates in terms of surprise attack and deployment capabilities. After the Dawn Horizon’s defeat, the Battleship is handed over to Gjallarhorn. Dawn Horizon Corps fleet's multipurpose battleships have no special modifications.

Golden Jasley
M&W 2: Ship’s colors and name reflect Jasley’s preference. The stern of the ship seems to be based on Gjallarhorn’s Halfbeak Class, while the bow is greatly lengthened with plans for enhanced armor and weaponry. However, it does not have main guns and the like as with other ships of the same class. Unlike the Halfbeak Class, the MS launch port is at the bottom and its opening faces the stern, but the number/rate of MS launch is still high. Jasley’s use of a Halfbeak-like ship, compared to the Calamity War-era armored assault ships used by Teiwaz’s other subsidiaries, shows his power as the organizations’ No.2.
