G Reconguista MS/MA Based On Zeon Units

I heard that the G-Rach is supposedly partially based on the Big Zam, so that got me curious on whether there might be other units that are stated to be descendants of Zeon MS or MA.

Does anyone know if there are any other such direct references?

I don't know of any direct references but the Yggdrasil sure reminds me of this guy

In my opinion - besides actual cameos as the museum relics or the wrecked MSM-07 - the most obvious descendant / reference to old Zeon MSs throughout the series is the Z'Goggy.

Ah yes, the Z'Goggy, I forgot about that one. So did the writers apparently seeing how it and its pilot both just kind of vanish in the finale.

Not directly, but I've feeling that Recten/Recsnow's display sensor is "serious" version of Bearguy II/III/F's LCD face.

On Big Zam, I think G-Rod is more obvious, if only we ever see its photon laser cannon in action...

The Recksnow is how I like to envision what the Zaku Cannon should have been like: a ground unit capable of hovering and equipped with a beam cannon.
