Which one? There are literally four different Catherines to keep up with in this story.

A couple of my thoughts in order of how they came to me:

1) Who? What? What??

2) So everyone's someone's brother?

3) Why are they pointing at the number naming convention? It was a fun little, thing, now it's a story point.

4) At least he didn't mess up Treize.

5) The lineart we've seen so far looks cool, but now all the suits are biggerer and badderer but also look almost exactly the same?

Yup. Everyone is connected to everyone now. One of the ones that really got me was Treize's parents getting married...in the Maxwell Church. There is literally NO reason for it other than to force a vague, pointless connection between Treize and Duo.

Unless I've missed something, we've seen next to no lineart. The Leo Type IV "Gryph" showed up on Katoki's tech illustration for the Leo, and we saw Prometheus but it wasn't lineart. FFS, we STILL don't know what "Snow White" and "Warlock" really look like, since other than vague images of their V-fins and hands they've spent the entire story in those anti-nanomachine cloaks.

Also Deacon, I think I remember you saying in the past that you weren't a fan of Sumizawa's writing style. Could you elaborate on that? (Or, if I'm mis-remembering, I apologize.)

Oh, minor thing I noticed about Proto Zero from the model kit: Much like the Wing Zero Custom model, it has a top-opening cockpit instead of the front-opening one as it was animated in both versions. I don't know what the manga has done with that.

Well, the scene of her yelling into the sunset for Heero to come and kill her is one of the more memorable bits about her, in the 'what the hell?!' kind of sense. Not that it makes that plot thread sound any more sensible.

the Snow White's ammo ZOINKS is even beyond the sillyness of G's mecha to the point where I can't even appreciate it.

I think less 'this belongs in fanfiction' and more 'this belongs in a game, and preferably not a Gundam one'. Granted there's no reason the two can't overlap but whenever I hear ammo types, I immediately think that someone's thinking in terms of powerups, logic be damned. I wonder if one of the other options is a spread gun and another lets it rebound shots off walls, or gives it homing shots... or maybe should I keep my mouth shut lest I give anyone ideas.

It's also a part of her character that vanished via character development; she gets over the idea that she constantly needs to have Heero around and learns to stand on her own two feet.

I thought caster guns from Outlaw Star. Do I think that belongs in Gundam? No. No I do not.

No, that's not right. I love this.

Frozen Teardrop is completely batshit insane, and I am loving every bit of it. Everything, from the crazy female Quatre clone, the bellydancer Gundam, to the fact that Relena secretly wants Heero to kill her so much that doing so would actually leave her at peace, is just clicking with me in a way that feels good.

And now I really want to see it animated. I hope that if whatever animated project they have in store for Wing comes to fruition, it turns out to be this. It would make my entire year.

Well, since I'm more focus on mecha than characters or story, fact that FT provide me with full linearts for EW Maganac prevent it from drop into "pure garbage" category.

That being said, Snow White's magic staff is just plain stupid...the only way to save it is decorate it with frilly magical girl costume.
