The list predates the Japanese wikipedia and was originally part of MechaDomain. And I'm guessing the list is just what it says. I can only assume info was found on the suits from various sources but not enough to categorize them in anything or confirm the info was accurate. Had Burke continued working on MechaDomain perhaps that would have changed.

In SRW Impact there was a G-Fortress form of the Full Armor ZZ Gundam. It is also listed as a Banpresto original as no such variant even exists or even makes any sense outside the game. It is also the only game that even features it.

The Leo Valder Farkill Type it appears in a single panel on page 88 in the 2nd volume of G-Unit. We know the suit has a dark paint job, a pair of large verniers like the Tallgeese, a custom head and some extra armor, it's seen holding a beam saber and round shield and there are several destroyed Leos in front of it.
