Most Powerfull Char Mobile Suit

It really depends. If we are going strictly canon, then I'd say the Sazabi easily.

On a related note, anyone else thinks that red Qubeley used by Puru Two might have been intended for Char at some point? Had Char joined forces with Haman, he would have been one of the few people capable of using it.

The red Jagd Doga was meant to be Char's until the Sazabi was commissioned. Model Kits specify it as Quess's, while many Gundam video games treat it as the vanilla Jagd Doga, but other than the original two machines, none other exist. The one refurbished and repainted from the original red in Unicorn probably had it colored to suit contemporary styles. Much like the GAdessas and Garrazos, there is no vanilla color of the Jagd Doga.

Not looking at most powerful, but the most iconic MS for Char is definitely the Zaku II S.

There is also that game exclusive Neue Ziel II which was intended to be used by Char. Surprisingly, it is one of the few SD originals that made into real scale in Giren's Ambition.

It's even painted in Char's colors, like the Sazabi. If it was simply meant for testing equipment, there wouldn't be the need to give it such color scheme.

As for the Qubeley, the Re-Gelg seems to have been designed to mimick the mobility of the Qubeley, possibly for performance testing and/or pilot training. Given that unlike the Zaku III and Dreissen, there's no direct successor to the Gelgoog series, this relationship between the ReGelg and the Qubeley would make the later the closest there's to a successor of the Gelgoog series.

The AMS-120X looks like a standard Geara Doga refitted with Psycommu System. More likely than not, the results from the this machine was used to create the Jagd Doga, which supposedly uses Geara Doga frame and parts.

It is possible that for whatever reason Char found the Jagd Doga not meeting his expectation, either in performance or the image he wanted to present to the world. And thus Sazabi was created from ground up.

The other possibility is that since Char might have commissioned the creation of Sazabi primary to leak the psychoframe to his hated rival...

it looks like it was used to test for both char may have acting as the test pilot for newtype ms the tech was tested and refined for the Jagd Doga quess could have gotten Char's backup unit with the commanders antenna removed but the new GEARA DOGA Variations series has char using the AMS-119N Röte Doga witch looks like chars old zaku to the Sazabi having the look of chars gelgoog. it seems that char would like to have the look of the oyo zeon units for his use the Geara Doga hase an zaku style layout but looks much more modern
