Re: How did the Gaw carriers get on Earth?
That's an interesting theory but weren't the Zanzibars introduced after the Gaw carriers and to replace HLVs? I somehow doubt that Zeon's drop operation would've gone as it did if they had Zanzibars to allow them to sneak in troops from the beginning of the war. MAHQ's profile also reinforces that t...

How did the Gaw carriers get on Earth?
I assume that Zeon didn't build them on Earth since they seemed to have plenty of them!
Does anyone have any official sources which reference to where the Gaws were built and/or how they were transported to Earth (if they weren't built on Earth that is)?

Early Zeon MS + beam weapons
We've seen the several retcons and upgrades of Zakus with beam weapons but I'm wondering, if a Zeon engineer had the time and resources after the One Year War, could they retrofit Zakus with GM generators and hand plugs for use with GM beam spray guns? Imagine a scenario where the Zeon squad(s) have...

Re: RX-78-2 C.A. Gundam Casval Custom
No I do not realise, since I never played it.
If you have, can you let us know if that is one of the storylines? If it is one of them then please answer my question and explain why Char would have his own Gundam when Amuro was still alive?

Re: RX-78-2 C.A. Gundam Casval Custom
It was built by a group of Zeon and Federation researchers as a custom unit for Char after he left Zeon to build up his own Neo Zeon faction and finish his revenge against the Zabi's. Outwardly it looks like a red RX-78-2 but inwardly it uses a large amount of Zeon technology as well as having Char...

Are there any images which show how the GMs and Balls were stored inside the Columbus class and the modified Salamis and Magellans?
Also, how many MS do the modified Salamis and Magellans hold?

Re: ASS a Viable Weapon?
I know this has been previously discussed. Maybe a few times. The Anti-ship sword is not a viable weapon against ships because it's usually between 1 to 2 times the length of a mobile suit and a mobile suit is WAY smaller than a ship. Especially a spaceship. As a result, the anti-ship sword really w...

Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Mecha Thread Mk I
Marida didn't even look like she could regain control of her MS furthermore control her funnels which she was previously shown to need to concentrate to use. That airbag really caught her off guard. I would think Marida would rather fire her funnels at the Unicorn but I suppose your answer will be t...

Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Mecha Thread Mk I
It does indeed seem that the Kshatriya turns its thrusters full-blast at the Jegan but it seems so wierd that it doesn't move backwards also like a previous poster implied. I guess that's the best answer however I still feel sorry for that poor Jegan pilot..... Also, did the Banagher take control of...

Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Mecha Thread Mk I
How did the Kshatriya block the Stark Jegan's beam saber strike?
It looked like an I-field but aren't I-fields unable to block close-range attacks like beam sabers? Does the Kshatriya have a beam shield generator ?

Re: Zeon Ranking Bars emblem on their MS
IIRC, Char was demoted/kicked out of Dozul's forces when Garma died (because Dozul figured Char should've done more to save Garma....or at least Char should've died as well).
Kirishia soon after invited Char to join her ranks and I guess his rank went up.

Re: Who were the original pilots of the 5 EA gundams in SEED?
I believe they were trained by Rena Imelia on Earth. Does anyone know what they were trained on? Did the EA build Strike prototype units or something? What's the background info on Rena and how she was good enough to train them? EDIT: I noticed that a wiki (I know they're unreliable) says that she ...

Re: Who were the original pilots of the 5 EA gundams in SEED?
I think the five Gundams were built at Heliopolis, actually. Then how is that everyone is saying that those 5 pilots could barely operate the Gundams? Were the pilots training at Heliopolis and then went to Earth (or wherever) for some reason? Perhaps direct training by Mwu? It doesn't quite make s...

Since it's related to the demise of A Baoa Qu, does anyone know which team(s)/strategies were used to destroy the Dolos and Dodowara?
Is the battle documented anywhere?

Who were the original pilots of the 5 EA gundams in SEED?
I'd like to know if any official information and backgrounds were released on any of the original pilots for the 5 EA gundams in SEED (who were killed in episode 1).
Also, who was the ZAFT pilot that was supposed to steal the Strike (and IIRC was also killed)? Is there any official info on him?

Re: Improving G Gundam, and how to handle a continuation
I completely disagree. I think while it was an original CONCEPT, the show was an utter waste of time. The mecha designs were less than imaginative, the characters were flat and the story generally uninteresting until the very end. It's nice you guys liked it but someone would have to pay me money to...

Re: Improving G Gundam, and how to handle a continuation
I think some elements of G Gundam worked but on the whole it fell flat because it did a horrible job of merging super robot and martial arts. The martial arts element degraded eventually as Domon met more and more Gundam fighters who fought using their Gundam's gimmicks and weapons rather than marti...
