I don't know if the Geze might be based on a MS, however the Cattle definitely seems to have been made long before MS were made, since it seems to have been a construction unit used on the first colonies.

That one might the one Jak is looking for.

Rig Shokew variations

I'm currently almost halfway watching Victory Gundam and here I was checking some Mahq profiles and noticed these two variations of the ZM-S22S Rig Shokew: ZM-S22G Imperial Rig Shokew ZM-S22S Rig Shokew Rotor Equipment Type First to get some things straight, Bespa's MS tend to have at the end of the...

The Gaza series and the Quebeley don't use movable frame technology, and the Gazu is based on the Galbaldy so it wouldn't either, but this is the first I've heard that said about the Dreissen and Zaku III. Even if they're inspired by One Year War machines, they're all-new designs with state-of-the-...

After checking around the profiles of ZZ I noticed that about half of Neo Zeon MS have a semi-monocoque frame while the others have a more up to date movable frame. Even though Neo Zeon didn't have movable frame technology they managed to build the transformable Gaza series as well as the high perfo...

Don't forget that Axis also intended to produce the AMX-017 Gigantic and in order to stock up in nukes for it, they launched a failed assault at Luna II.

On the other hand I'm not sure if the Gigantic is considered cannon or not in the first place.

I haven't read most of the posts so far because I just recently started watching it, but seeing the list of profiles in MAHQ I saw that some MS were from UC and apparently others are from other series. I assume this is the case for the ones with and alternate model number in brackets. Can someone pl...

I don't find it hard to believe that Zeon sympahtyzers among the AEUG defected when they got the chance to join Axis. They could have seen the AEUG as a way to get defy the Federation and the Titans while adquiring more up to date weapons. The fact that some Zeon remnants were willing to figth the F...

Not to mention that it should be easier to build a MS inside the hangar of a ship designed to support and mantain MS with proper equipment, than inside some storage building. They probably just brought the equipment they could not get elsewhere along with the Kämpfer and improvised for the rest of ...

The problem by the end of ZZ, is that the ships were probably carrying far more MS that they could mantain, mainly due to how close Core 3 was. The best example of this is when an Endra class is seen towing about 10 MS. My guess is that the ones in the pic you show may also be extra MS that were onl...

Endra Class

With the discussion about UC warships some time ago, I began having a few doubts about some of the facts we know about these ships. Here's a few of them: -This one has been bugging me for a while, but what's the purpose of the 2-barrel main gun at the bottom of the ship, it looks like it can only ai...

Hey Jeager, do you have a pic you can put on here, I'd like to see how different it is from the original. Sorry, but my scanner broke down a while back and I haven't replaced it yet. I will scan it for you when I get a chance somewhere else. But let me at least describe it to you: -As I mentioned a...

I have the LWC manga and for one thing I can say that the Adzam there does look quite a bit different, with far more armor on its "legs" and the superior and inferior turrets are identical unlike the ones from the original, so the only chance that it could be the same MA is if they actuall...

2. MAHQ has the Endra class ships carry six MS a peice. While I can't exactly confirm that, it does sound about right (Of course, ships from the Zeta/ZZ-era and the number of MS they carry has always been a messy thing). This one is actually confusing due to several factors: -First of all, we must ...

High Mobility Zeong?

I found the following at HLJ: http://www.hlj.com/product/BCL2253 Was this an original creation of B-Club or was there at some point the idea of making this a variation of the Zeong? HLJ classifies it as M.S.V. As for the design itself, while the Perfect Zeong was probably meant to allow the Zeong to...

I already mentioned this, but since I have only seen the movies, and the Zock only appears a few moments, I don't really know how fast or maneuverable it is supposed to be.

Can someone who has seen the TV series please tell me how was the mobility of the Zock?

229 tons!! your kidding thats almost twice as heavy as a boeing 747. what the heck were they feeding that thing? also why have that cannon mounted stationary on the head? didn't they realize it would be near useless if they planned to use the zock for land ops or at least part time land ops. Actual...

For accuracy and battling in difficult terrain with lots of hills or obstacles my vote would go for the Guntank, but for firepower, underwater combat and combat in closed spaces such as a cave, the Zock is my choice. Unfortunately I have only seen the movies so I don't now how fast the Zock is while...

About the stats, while I don't want to contradict Mahq, I have already pointed that the Rick Dom has 3 unmentioned thrusters on their foot-soles (not the one on the leg armor that the Dom also has). In outer space long range combat would seem more likely than close combat, in which the Rick Dom does better. I admit I don't recall seeing a Dom or Rick Dom reloading its Giant Bazooka or carrying extra clips or catridges, but that is something not uncommon for most grunt units in most Gundam serie...

MS better suited for space combat: GM or Rick Dom?

Which is the best MS series among these two? Let's consider a few things though: -Although in the original MSG, all GMs have beam spray guns, most other ovas and side stories shown us that this is not the case (specifically during OYW, MS Igloo, 0080, Lost War Chronicles and Blue Destiny among other...
