Re: The Macross Valkyrie Thread
Yes... though, for the life of me, I couldn't tell you where. Thanks for the reply. It's disappointing that Kawamori didn't flesh out those mecha more. About the VA-3M's weapons, I noticed in its Macross Chronicle entry that it has six high maneuver missiles and twelve micro-missile launchers. Look...

Re: The Macross Valkyrie Thread
It's likely at least 100m, though. The VF-1's maximum operating depth in underwater service was 100m and it wasn't designed around underwater operations the way the VA-3M was. I'm gonna assume it can operate much deeper than 100m and their armor looks sturdier than those of VFs. I wonder if it can ...

I wouldn't be surprised if the anime differs from the source novel. Imagine if they make Hathaway survive.

Re: Voltes V Legacy
The "five" in the manga's title refers to five robots: Com-Battler V6, Voltes VII, Daimos, Phobos (Daimos' partner/sister robot piloted by Erika), and Magne Kong (alternate mode of the protagonists' mothership, Magne Bird).
Later on in the manga, the Daltanious takes Magne Kong's place.

One shot? Choudenji Taisen Victory Five had multiple chapters that were collected into two volumes. It later had a sequel, God Bird, which introduces Hasegawa's version of Reideen.

So, the gunboat could actually transform into an attack mode similar to that of the SDF-1's? What about the DYRL version of the gunboat?

Re: Gelgoog Jaeger/Marine question
Found it! An MS Bible publication about the Gelgoog Marine has lineart of where the storage is located. https://img34.pixhost.to/images/151/118682233_13_img012.jpg They are stored in the hip armor, kinda like those of the Kaempfer's. This made me look again at lineart of the Gelgoog Jaeger. Unfortun...

Re: The Macross Valkyrie Thread
The VF-1 Valkyrie's onboard fuel supply of 1,410 liters of hydrogen slush is noted to give the VF-1 a maximum operating time of 700 hours between refuelings in atmospheric service. This is leagues better than current real-life fighters! The only downside I can see is the VF pilot's endurance. I'm a...

Re: The Official Gundam Build Divers Mecha Thread Mk I
Looking at the HG manuals of Grimoire Red Beret and Ogre GN-X, no mention is made of their obvious built-in weapons that they share with their originals (Grimore's head vulcan and wire hook; and GN-XIV's hip vulcans and GN claws). Are they simply non-functional?
