Re: Official Gundamn Fan Chat Thread
I think that this is a good time to do a top 10 last-gen games list because the next gen for all intents and purposes is now in full swing. But if we do end up doing a movies review, I agree with Destiny_Gundam that a 2013 movie review would make more sense

Re: Attack on Titan
This show has been one of the highlights this year for me and this episode didn't disappoint! Although, is it just me, or was Annie's blushing just downright creepy? I liked the tension and mood this episode maintained. And, finally, curse you cliffhanger! It's too bad that the show is almost over. ...

Re: Code Geass: Akito the Exiled
farjad93: If you think Lelouch was evil, you obviously weren't paying attention throughout the series. And his death can't really be considered poetic justice because he orchestrated it himself as payment for all the lives he took over the course of the series. Yeah, I didn't mean to say I consider...

Re: Code Geass: Akito the Exiled
I never really understood why people complain so much about Lelouch's death at the end of Code Geass. I mean, throughout the whole series, he was a manipulative evil genius who double-crossed a lot of people and was responsible (albeit unintentionally) for the deaths of innocent characters like Prin...

Re: First Impressions of Turn A Gundam
Pheonix012, I think you'll find that you enjoy the last 10 or so episodes the most. At least, that's how it was for me. The series really picked up for me toward the end.

I see what you mean. I was talking more about the actual technology seen in the various series when compared to each other.

^ X upped the budget? Ahem, I'm gonna have to disagree with that one DuelGundam. And Age and Victory aren't really all that ultra-futuristic when compared to the other series.

Re: First Impressions of Turn A Gundam
Oh, and not to be all spoilery, but for a show that also doesn't kill all that many characters, the ending of Turn A Gundam is one of the most heartbreaking endings ever... Really? Hmmm, I didn't think it was that heartbreaking of an ending. Why do you think it's heartbreaking? Okay so first episod...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Thread Mk V
I absolutely love this new captain Natora Einus. She is clumsy, awkward, and unsure of herself in a nice, endearing sort of way. Her character has a lot of potential. I hope it isn't wasted and that we get to see her develop into a strong, confident leader. It makes me wonder if Lord Ezelcant is usi...

Yeah, I agree. I'm not a big fan of overly dark, "kill-em-all" scenarios.

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Thread Mk V
Great episode! I like the way Gen-3 has started out. Also, we finally get some Earth action instead of having everything up in space. I'll have to agree that Asemu disappearing right after his son's birth is kinda sad. Flit sure is one crazy grandpa! I wouldn't mind having a mobile suit simulator fo...

Re: Avatar: The Last Airbender gets a sequel
Yes, well that would be the most plausible explanation. I'm more interested to learn exactly how Amon got his anti-bending powers.

Re: Avatar: The Last Airbender gets a sequel
The last episode of Legend of Korra was great! I was wondering whether the show would be able to produce a compelling villain and the last episode gave me my answer. Given that Amon can take away bending, he is a legitimately dangerous threat. Now I'm really curious as to how he actually got his pow...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Thread Mk V
Also, I'm having doubts as to which direction the producers are going to take the show. Right after Flit makes his statement, you can hear the victory music that's been used in the show since season 1 playing. I would've expected a more sinister tune to play to signify the nature of his comment. I g...

Re: The Official Gundam AGE Thread Mk V
The Federation didn't "evict" them from Earth. They sent them on a colonization mission that failed. They then covered it up instead of sending a rescue mission. So, that's okay? Just abandoning them like that is fine? Don't get me wrong, what the Vagans have been doing so far is horrible...
