Re: Beltorchika's Children manga to run on Gundam Ace
Wait, we're talking about the thing on its left waist armour, right? Because if so, it's just a redesigned version of the CD emblem that's in the same place in the Sazabi (where it looks more like a treble clef). Presumably, it stands for "Casval Deikun". Whew! Glad we solved THAT mystery...

Re: Beltorchika's Children manga to run on Gundam Ace
Its just an overlapping of the characters "N" and "Z". At certain angle it will look like 1, but even then it only vaguely resembles a swastika. Whether it was just pilling on another 1 of countless Nazi references, just a coincident, or just a reference to Hinduism/Buddhism, I g...

Re: Beltorchika's Children manga to run on Gundam Ace
I notice that the Neo Zeon emblem on Nightingale looks suspiciously like the emblem of a certain German group from World War II... Nazi's swastika is right facing and rotated, NZ is heavily stylize to look like a left facing swastika. Its just another 1 of the countless references made to parallel ...

Happy dance.
But this is strange, isn't G-Recko also starting this fall? Are they gonna run 2 Gundam series at the same time?

1. And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then procee...

Re: The Official Gundam Build Fighters Anime Thread Mk IV
DEM FEELS. Everyone gets a happy ending even Mashita and Baker-chan, an ending befitting of a lighthearted series. Thoroughly enjoy every moments of it, even its low points were better then most Gundam episodes of the past several years. Easily top 3 best Gundam series ever. Cant believe its over so...

I'm Bane, yes, that's my name. When you hear the name Bane I guarantee the pain. I'm coming after you Bruce Wayne. I'm stronger, smarter, and clinically insane. I'm Bane, yes, that's my name. Bruce Wayne and the Batman are totally the same. I broke his back mortal combat smack, then I cracked my '28...

Re: The Official Gundam Build Fighters Anime Thread Mk IV
And thus end our meatbun chronicles. The battles were serviceable but not spectacular. However that isnt the main point for this episode so it didnt really matter. The show already demonstrated they could do epic battles (SBS vs Fenice, BS vs Zaku Amazing, and Kampher Amazing vs GM Sniper K9), this ...

Re: The Official Gundam Build Fighters Anime Thread Mk IV
Great episode, a good mix of battles and drama. PPSE is rolling out the Exia is seems, that should turn into Dark Matter once its finish. Since its under Alan, I assume its for Meijin as a replacement for Kampfer Amazing. The end results of this battle is a forgone conclusion, I think all of us alre...

Re: The Official Gundam Build Fighters Anime Thread Mk III
That was a really cool battle, not as brutal as Fenice vs SBS but this battle is equally impressive. For the most part it was purely a tactical battle; luring, trapping, diversion and planning ahead. When the GM activates EXAM, I thought the Kampfer would do something similar (ie activates thingamaj...

God damn the battles in BF was amazing. The earlier Zaku Amazing vs Build Strike battle I thought was one of the best fight scene in any gundam show, but this 1 goes 1 step further. Damn. now I want a Fenice so badly.

Re: The Official Gundam Build Fighters Anime Thread Mk III
When the guys started to question where the mega size zaku come from since they didnt see it when the battle started, Fellini answers with "Did somebody change their machine?". Does this imply that one could actually switch gunpla in mid battle? If so then its quite broken imho.

Re: The Official Gundam Build Fighters Anime Thread Mark II
that was unexpected never thought G Savior would ever appear in any animated form. Sengoku Astray was badass, i thought the design was just funky at first but turns out great when animated. Tallgeese was badass as well, and so is Dat Jegan. Kinda wish they show the Qubeley and Alpha Azieru fight tho...

Re: The Official Gundam Build Fighters Anime Thread Mark II
Another great episodes, the battle was intense better then most climatic grand finale battle we had for the past couple of series. Didnt expect to get a mid series upgrade so soon though, or maybe this is just 1 of many more upgrades to come. i think they could stretch it to 50 depending on how they...

picking up girls with gunpla, oh how i wish that would work. OH DIO MIO... Hello Chris and Pedro, After recently watched Moon by Duncan Jones and I realize that it has never been shown in my local cinemas, has no hype, no ads, no trailer shown, nothing. Most of my friends had never heard about it either, it was such an amazing yet underrated movie its borderline criminal h...

Re: The Official Gundam Build Fighters Anime Thread Mark II
Speaking of, I find it odd that so many seem to build and fight with their gunpla. The judges have no real issues it appears with Reiji fighting and Sei building, so is a builder supporting a battler with properly constructed models normal or not I wonder? Maybe this will be addressed later but it ...

Re: The Official Gundam Build Fighters Anime Thread Mark II
i feel its abit rush too, i think it would be better to split this episode into 2 then we wouldn't have to off-screen some of the battles. Would really like to see the fenice more then just couple of seconds, im sure we'll see more in the coming world tournament but still.... Also the ball fight wit...
