Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Anime Thread Mk IV
Also, I can't understand why they would devote the climax of the episode to Torrington, when Dakar is a much more interesting locale. I muddled over this point too for awhile. I think that the change is meant to increase poor Banagher's personal investment in the attack and its catastrophic fallout...

Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Mecha Thread Mk II
Sinanju is a high speed combat unit in the tradition of the Gerbera Tetra while the Unicorn is more of a general purpose unit type. Sure it has its newtype drestroyer qualities, but it isn't focused too much on firepower as the Sinanju is designed around maneuverability. That's a good point, and al...

Re: The Official Gundam Unicorn Mecha Thread Mk II
It mentioned the Proto Sinanju was used to help complete the NT-D system and that the Sleeves eventually stole it. Is there any truth to that or is it just fan speculation? Yeah, the wikia tends to present to a lot of assumptions, gossip, and theories as fact. Legitimacy issues aside, Alberto tries...

Re: Another Gundam Incoming
I really don't get all the love for Crossbone. I think it has to do with the mystique it built up for so many years because it wasn't available in English. But now there are fan translations, and what we get is a mixed bag. Crossbone, and its sequels/spin-offs, are great examples of the non-Japanes...

Re: Custom Lineart Request Thread Ver. 6.0
been over two weeks for me, so i'd like a ReGelg and a Destiny Gundam in Johnny Ridden's colors , please My soft spot for ZZ's mecha compels me to tackle half that order. I'm not sure if I'll have time for Destiny, but in the very least.... "Look out everyone! It's the Red Comet !"

Re: Custom Lineart Request Thread Ver. 6.0
Hi all. I'm terrible about resizing things to the same scale, otherwise I wouldn't be asking this. In short, I'd like a GN-XIV with the optional boosters on this one , and the rifle and shoulder shield off this one . It presumably would be easier to just stick the boosters onto the green one, but w...

One Rezel Command with Pants. Enjoy Thanks very much, that's some great work. ^^ Edit; For anyone else that might be interested in an edited ReZEL, here are the results after some additional fine-tuning: ReZEL -> http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/4802/rezel.jpg ReZEL Command -> http://img513.image...

Re: Custom Lineart Request Thread Ver. 6.0
Whee, first-time request! Anywho, I recently attempted to relieve the ReZEL of its most infamous physical attribute. While surgery was somewhat successful, this kooky Katoki kreation has gone from letting it all hang out to wearing a less than discreet pair of white boxers. My colouring skills just ...

No, it was an actual design - a top-heavy giant backpacked Gundam. The lineart was featured in Anime Insider about 5 years ago. What I said was the concept of combined packs was carried on to the Destiny, but there is an actual design of the early Freedom. I believe that this is that Freedom concep...
