Anyhow the Bertigo 's reason for two eyes is because it's a homage to the Quebeley. the reason for the two eyes could be to aid the targeting system and to feed the pilot data. With two monoeyes the system can multi-task either between using either it's arm mounted guns or get in cllose with it's sa...

You see that is the problem with the Barzam I can't really say what it's design is for. It's all conjecture and observation I can't think of any articles here at mahq or Gundamofficial.com that discuss the specifics of the Barzam at all( at least in some official capacity)to whatexactly it was desig...

On another note just design wise the Bazam's beam rifle and vulcan system seems to be designed to take on larger and more powerful suits while still being a Mass-production model. Here is another an example check the amount of ammo( I mean 1400 rounds of vulcan ammo). Is this a typo or was the Barza...

I noticed that other OYW MS beside the Gouf tried to use vulcans as a free handed detachable weapon system. Later U.C. MS like the Jegans have used head mounted vulcans How come other MS eliminate the reoadable vulcan system used by the Gundam Mark II? Is this asign that vulcans were becoming less o...

Please have a look at the images and compare the shape of the head. The only real difference in the head is the larger crest(by the way I was only comparing the head of the Kampfer not the entire design). Also the relevance to the Bertigo is a homage to the Quebeley(which has two monoeyes)the reason...

The invasion for earth is a definite possibility I have a suspicion that the Zaku's shield and the need for it steemed from the upgrade it had from the C type Zaku II. Originally the Zaku II C type had armor which shielded it from nuclear radiation given off by the nuclear shell the Zaku's bazooka f...

To pay for the rounds Trowa uses which is a lot he redirects funds from an anonymous false account like Heero did. Another theory would be he steals or redirects ammo from OZ itself and uses standard armaments( the explosives and vulcan ammo) in the Heavyarms. Also check mahq 's section on the Heavy...

Junya Ishigaki's interpretation like most of the MS of Gundam X is like and overly developed version of the Quebely. It's design is actually quite parakeet like given the nature and color it has. It's weapons are an interesting choice given the advanced nature of the machine instead of beam guns it ...

Basic modeling in scratch building treat a model as if it is a possible part all modeling when scratch building is involved imagine and make it happen One example is if you need a thruster imagine what it is made up of and shape it to you needs. Prototyping is a must. When you create a prototype you...

I know we haven't gone into any details on the subject but do they use heat resistant tiles at the bottom of the Zeta Gundam? The space shuttles we use today fix ceramic tiles to insulate a space shuttle against atmospheric damage. This seems to be a standard feature on most Gundams being able to en...

If you look at the Barzam it's color scheme is more in-sink with the original Gundam Mark II and features some mixture of Zeonic and Federation aspects like a mono eye, some kind of fin on it's head(possibly for commanders). Beside it's armaments which include vulcan pod and beam rifle( which for so...

So what your saying is the GM sniper and Sniper II are a kind of guerrilla warfare suit designed to take care of high priority threats and to guard battleships. Hmmm. Makes me wonder why they didn't develop it further at least as a package option( a set of weapons or tools for mission specific circu...

So the scattering beam gun is more like vulcan which can blind MS pilots. did they ever use this form of anti-ordinance weapon again. I looked through mahq for it in the U.C. series but couldn't find anything on this particular universe. I find it interesting that MS tend to use on-board weapon syst...

If you look back to Char's Counterattack the rifle Rezun Schnider used was more like a heavy submachine. Perhaps the rate of fire was what UN aces were suppose to do was act as skirmishers disrupting the enemies flow during combat while grunts with their longer ranged weapons took the enemy from a d...
