Re: Shiny New Info from the Master Archive

The only reference that I could find to the RGM-86G is something about Club No. 70 B. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Re: Shiny New Info from the Master Archive

Been looking over this book, and it is just awesome. One thing I've noticed though in this book is that it describes two different GM IIIs: The RGM-86R and the RGM-86G , which I've never seen before. It looks identical to the regular R model. Is the RGM-86G version the newly created suits rather tha...

Re: Double sabre RGM-79

Actually, the MG GM ver. 2.0 still has the dual beam saber racks. One is pushed in. Example: http://www.dalong.net/review/mg/m118/p/m118_47.jpg.

Re: Republican Zeon MS

The new HGUC Schuzrum Dias is listed as a Republic of Zeon MS. Unfortunately, I can't tell you more than that.

According to the MG Nu Gundam, the head vulcans are 90mm. This could easily explain why they are more effective.
Also there appears to be 2 different types of control sticks in the cockpits. An older type seen on the Gun-EZ/Gunblastor and a new version seen on the V Gundams and Zanscare Empire MS.

I can definitely see bandai doing a Jegan or GM Sniper II next. The sniper II would complete the 0080 line, the second series to do so. Either one (or both) would be great. The Geara Doga is also a good possibility. Course, with the Zeta blue-rays coming out in december we could see a barzam or hamb...

Well colonies do seem to have some protection from asteroids and debris, at least by 0093. One colony fires at Luna V before it enters Earth's atmosphere. In F91, a beam turret fires on a dummy asteroid balloon attached to a Ra Cailum ship. How common these defenses are is unknown, but if you're gon...

About the Hi-Zack's machine gun. Since the Titans are supposed to be fighting Zeon rebels and the like, maybe the machine gun is still rather effective against older mobile suits. Also isn't it mentioned in the series or elsewhere that a mass production type mobile suits armour is almost as good as ...

On the ZZ's beam sabers/cannons the top part is the cannon while the part attached to the suit is the actual beam saber emitter. This is the same set up as the GP01. This is also different from the Quebeley and Z Gundam, which have both the cannon and saber functioning from the saber emitter.

In the case for Gabthley. It's possible that the leg "claws" can also use the 2 extra beam saber in it's half MA mode. I don't think that the Gabthley's claws could hold a beam saber well. Besides, wouldn't it make having the claws useless if it can just use a beam saber instead? For the ...

Extra Beam Sabers

This is a question that has been bothering me for a while. I understand why a mobile suit may carry 2 beam sabers, but what about the Methuss and Gabthley? They carry 6(!) and 4 respectively. It's obvious why the The-O carries 4, but why do those two mobile suits have such a high number? The only re...

The colour of the beam does not have any effect on power. The one exception is in the 08th MS Team when Shiro lowers the output of his Gundam. Though that was more of a deepening in colour.

It was a Windam, but the explosion radius was so large from the nuke that you could easily do more damage to yourself than the enemy. It also used the missiles in its shield.

On more of a side note, there is a UC mobile suit with beam vulcans, the Cluster Gundam from Silhouette Formula 91. Anyway, isn't the head of mobile suits already have a lot of room being taken up by cameras and other equipment? I'm actually kinda surprised they can fit any weapons in there at all, ...

I can not seem to understand why the GM and all the variants seem to have such a horrible reputation, they have a decent performance level. Statwise, however iffy the stats are, have the GM outclassing both the Gelgoog and the Gundam in Acceleration. The only time I can recall GM's doing poorly is a...

The Gaza-C and Guntanks also had their cockpits their head. Don't the Gaplant and Asshimar have cockpit hatches in their heads, while the actual cockpit is in the torso? About the shields, I think he means folding in half, rather than the way the MK-II shield does. Also, I think that the Quin Mantha...

Actually, it was Buran Blutarch and by that point in the series he was already dead. Besides, the Byalant wasn't even complete when Jerid took it so I doubt it would have been operational for Buran to use earlier in the series.
